The ETP program’s goal is to identify an exclusive group of trusted and vetted services to help AHA member hospitals accelerate their equity journey. The program connects AHA members to trusted practitioners and service providers committed to equity transformation work. These highly reputable, qualified service providers in the diversity, inclusion and health equity space must demonstrate alignment with the Health Equity Roadmap framework.

The Carolyn Boone Lewis Equity of Care Award is an annual recognition of outstanding efforts among hospitals and health care systems to advance equity of care to all patients and to spread lessons learned and progress toward diversity, inclusion and health equity. The 2025 application cycle is now open. 

IFDHE is hosting its next Health Equity Innovation Summit on Nov. 12 in Washington, D.C! This specialty summit will focus on strategies to address health inequities that impact individuals with disabilities. During the one-day interactive innovation workshop, attendees will use the Health Equity Roadmap and participate in innovation design thinking sessions to tackle pertinent challenges.

The Summer Enrichment Program (SEP) is a 10-week, paid internship program for graduate students that are in the process of pursuing an advanced degree within health care or a related field. Applications are now open!
